Mini Gen 1 GTT Twin Bearing Idler Pulley



This Hard Anodised L168 aerospace grade alloy Competition Idler Pulley features 2 separate bearings (not a single twin ball race bearing) these are positioned as far apart as possible to stop overheating, the housing being extended outwards to achieve this. The result is optimum support for the load, even in conditions where the belt runs marginally off pulley centreline. For Competition use this is what you need.

The GTT stepped mounting spacer uses the pre-existing machined bore on the oil pump cover, this adds far more stability than how the stock unit is mounted on a flat spacer over the machined bore…. Why have a machined bore if it’s not going to be used Mini? Hmmm
