stunningly beautiful and very unique R56 Cooper S/JCW with very high spec!



Important note for buyers: If you’re looking to buy an R56 without forged pistons, uprated turbo and oil catch cans installed…that would be a very bad choice as the standard components are or poor quality & very weak. Coking build up is inevitable without oil catch cans due to direct injection not cleaning the inlet ports and heavy PCV breathing. Even buying one that’s had the walnut blast is not solving the problem…… The only solution is having both circuit oil catch cans installed. This car has been used to help design and promote GTT products and to diagnose all the engine design faults on the R56 Cooper S / JCW. Now that all these issues have been reconciled this is the perfect one to have!!.

At the time of upgrading pistons and conrods all relevant gaskets & seals including valve stem oil seals were replaced along with new big end shell bearings, new factory uprated timing kit (rails, chain, sprockets etc.), new VANOS solenoid, factory uprated high pressure full pump and full de-coke of the head. (oil catch cans were installed after to stop carbon build up again.)


At the time of the turbo upgrade, new oil feed + drain lines were installed and a N18 JCW turbo manifold.


New OE aircon pump, belt tensioner, water pump coupling pulley & aux belt replaced last summer.


Recent GTT Brake kits fitted, recent JCW spark plugs, recent microfilter, and recent new pressure converter valve.


Full inspection just carried out before sale with oil service and new GTT induction Kit air filter element.

New Oil Cooler housing seal kit installed + oilfilter seals installed

Full service History


Upgrades proven 100% reliable as it has been used as an every day car and not thrashed on a drag strip.

Oil service every 8k since owning it + constant care and attention with no expense spared!

Always ran on 99octane since owning and I would stress that the next owner always does to protect against pinking.

Loads more has been done to maintain this lovely car but I have lost track.

Around £15K worth of upgrades, maintenance and labor on this Mini.
