Powdercoat is an “industrial” finish, batches colour/finish may vary, we reserve the right to change colour specs including other parts (not just powder coated)…. stickers on items may vary.
VAT: All orders inside the UK will pay VAT, this will automatically be added to the total price at checkout. All orders bought and delivered outside the UK will not pay VAT on checkout.
Delivery addresses: We are only able to deliver parts to the registered card holder’s address or to a registered business address. We are not able to send parts to a third party residential address.
Delivery, Liability and Loss Policy

Delivery Method
All orders are dispatched using reputable third-party couriers on a Tracked & Signed service, with insurance cover provided up to the value of the goods. Tracking details and delivery updates are supplied to the customer once the parcel has been shipped. -
Courier Conduct and Delivery Practices
Our couriers are contractually required to obtain a signature from the named recipient or an authorised person at the delivery address. However, on occasion, couriers may—contrary to their contractual obligations—leave parcels unattended (for example, on a doorstep, in a porch, or other external location).
Couriers may claim that they were instructed by the recipient, or relied upon a note, message, or sign left at the property, authorising them to leave the parcel unattended. Such actions are outside our control and represent a breach of the courier’s contractual obligations to us. -
Alternative Delivery Instructions
If the recipient, or any person at the delivery address, provides the courier with alternative delivery instructions (such as to leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or without a signature), this will constitute the recipient’s acceptance of liability for the parcel once it has been delivered in accordance with those instructions.
In such circumstances, our company will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage arising thereafter. Furthermore, our insurance provider will not compensate for losses where the recipient authorised a non-signed delivery. As a result, no refund, replacement, or compensation will be offered by us in these cases. -
Loss, Theft or Non-Receipt
In the event a parcel is shown by the courier as delivered but the recipient reports non-receipt or theft, the following conditions apply:-
Our insurance cover requires that a police theft report be filed by the recipient or occupant of the delivery address.

This requirement applies even if the courier failed to follow delivery instructions or left the parcel unattended without authorisation from us.

The theft is considered to have occurred at or in connection with the recipient’s premises and may involve theft by a third party, resident, or impersonator.

A valid Police Crime Reference Number (or equivalent theft report confirmation) must be provided before any insurance claim, investigation, or replacement/refund can be processed.

Insurance and Resolution
Upon receipt of the required documentation, we will submit the loss claim to the courier and/or our insurer. Claims are processed in accordance with the courier’s and insurer’s respective policies, and outcomes are subject to their investigation findings. In the case where the item was delivered marked as delivered regardless of any other factor, we cannot refund or send a replacement order until the courier / insurance company has been supplied all documents/details from the recipient & GTT. Once the claim has been accepted by the insurance company, we can issue either option. We must adhere to this to avoid loss & fraud attempts.Recovery of Original Parcels – In the event that a missing parcel or item, for which a replacement has been issued, is subsequently located by the recipient, the recipient acknowledges that the replacement item(s) remains the property of the GT Tuning Ltd. The recipient must immediately inform the company of its recovery. The replacement item must not be sold, given away, used, or otherwise disposed of. Any failure to notify the company of the item’s recovery may result in the company pursuing the recipient for administration costs and/or the full value of the item(s) or order total. The recipient understands that insurance claims do not guarantee full reimbursement to the company, and therefore the original item continues to belong to the company irrespective of any insurance outcome and we will inform them of if / when the item is recovered to us in new / perfect condition.

Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and agrees to cooperate fully with any required loss or theft investigation.
Dispatch & Delivery: Most UK orders will be sent via Fed-Ex UK ‘next day’ delivery service, or Royal Mail Signed For, at a single cost for single or multiple item orders. ( website charges a flat rate of £15+vat 1 or a dozen heavy items! all at this saver price Note: it is your choice to take advantage of the flat rate shipping) We may have to change couriers to provide the fastest service. Very small UK Orders may not meet our main couriers minimum weight (eco friendly rules) & will be sent with Royal Mail.. We do not partially refund postage if sent with other couriers as we have to drive them to the Post Office, queue & return.
Overseas orders courier/service may vary depending on weight and size. Please note that on large parcels where cubed weight exceeds actual weight, the cubed weight will be used for shipping cost calculation.
Due to Courier Policies, We cannot send fluids such as brake fluid in our brake kits overseas (included UK Isles, Northern Ireland etc)
We reserve the right to charge extra shipping costs to the buyer before dispatch if shipping price is higher than charged on order UK Highlands & Isles will likely incur surcharges we will charge you. (It is very difficult to keep up with constant courier criteria changes, we will inform you and send a payment link)
If items are in stock they are normally dispatched within 2 working days. Note: we may not always have all items in stock at one time and other items maybe finished to order. Unless there is a major delay, all items will be dispatched together.
Stock Levels on website are not always used (our items are designed and made in UK continually) if an item is discontinued the last stock amount will be listed
Security checks: Please note that due to the ever increasing numbers of fraudulent orders, all orders placed will be subject to security checks to confirm their validity. Any fraudulent details we receive which are trying to be used to obtain parts will be passed onto the relevant authorities. We take credit card fraud extremely seriously and are unable to process orders until these requirements have been satisfied.
Warranty (We must be notified by email): All GTT branded items carry a 12 month parts warranty (excludes normal wear and tear) and GTT supplied items will carry their suppliers warranty and in the unlikely event you will experience a problem with any parts please email info@gtt.uk.com so we may help you resolve the problem.
We will do our best to help you resolve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please be sure to send a copy of your purchase invoice with the parts when returning it to us. All warranties are non-transferable upon change of ownership. Consequential losses are not covered e.g. fitting costs, return shipping & taxes or other damages to vehicle, 3rd parties or postage…Warranty claim is taken case by case, either part will be repaired or replaced if fault is ours… Part/Item must be returned for analysis. We must be notified of warranty claim & have received the item back within exactly 12 months of date of delivery.
Poorly tuned vehicles with inferior counter parts that cause compatibility issues with ours, engine running poorly (i.e. big flames and backfiring) resulting in damages is not covered. (We do not recommend fitting massively oversized injectors, 440cc is the optimum size we recommend for a highly tuned Supercharged R53)
We do not offer warranty or cover any consequential loss for using items for any other application other than what it was designed for / stated in the products text.

Cancelled orders….. (Note: Before dispatch of order): Please note there will be a charge of £30 admin fee per item from us. If the item is a Non Stock / Special order item from a supplier i.e.: Porsche Brake Callipers, Bilstein Suspension Kits etc. & our supplier has dispatched these items to us, There will be 2x shipping charges & our suppliers admin / return costs added to our fee.
Orders cannot be cancelled after ‘COMPLETED’ STATUS (SHIPPED)
Backordered Items cannot be cancelled once ordered.
If the item is a non stock & non GTT brand item, We can only cancel the order if our supplier accepts our return/cancellation.
Any disputes and returns are to be dealt with via email and letter only. (Not phone calls or face to face)
Cancelled Orders / Returns: (We must be notified by email) We do not accept returns of used items because “changed my mind, did not like it reasons”.
We have to approve the return & will only accepted if a valid reason. (do not attempt to send an item to us without us supplying the returns reference number or the items will likely be lost & charges incurred.
Customers have 14 days from date of delivery to inform us (by email only) if they want to return a NEW item for refund, it must be brand new and unused / Not been installed whatsoever! After the return has been accepted by us, we must receive the item within 10 days UK customers & 20 days international customers.
Notes: 1. beyond 14 days items cannot be returned for refund. 2. Please note there will be £40 admin fee per item for this service. 3. If an item is being returned for a refund of surcharge, exchange or refund then we will need you to comply with the following points:
- A copy of the original purchase invoice must be included with any part being sent back to enable us to carry out any refund. We will also need to know the reason for the item being returned.
- Any part that is returned to us, “unused”, for a refund or credit must be in “new condition”. Any part that is not received back in a “new & resalable condition” cannot be considered for a refund or credit.
- We are not able to accept returns for refund any unused items “Received by customer damaged” for a refund more than 14 days after original date of delivery. We also need to be notified by email of the damage within 48hrs of delivery WITH pictures of damaged parts & packaging ….parts must NOT be installed.
- All Items returned are done so at the consumers cost. NB– Customer pays return shipping costs in all situations.
- The original postage paid will not be refunded on orders that are returned.
- Any parts manufactured/supplied to customer’s unique specifications are not eligible for return/refund.
- Goods supplied on exchange basis, must be returned within 60 days of our dispatch date in order to receive the exchange fee refund in full.
- Parts returned “faulty” must allow us good time to inspect/test, if no faults found labour/admin/return postage charges may be added. (damages by customer will incline charges) Refunds are not available until inspected/tested ( for “faulty/used” items)
- Any exchange items must be in serviceable condition. If they are not re-usable we will not be able to issue the refund.
- On items returned, that were “made/finished to order or special order” (non-stock items) you will be subject to a minimum fee of 30% of the items retail price.
- Customer is responsible by law for ensuring items returned for refund are sufficiently well packed as to prevent damage in transit. We reserve the right to charge for any items damaged in transit.
- Any goods including Labour/Services not paid for after 3 months of work carried out/order completed… will be disposed of to recover any monies owed. (Including Supercharger work).
- If you choose to purchase parts for models other than what we specified, you do this at you own risk and we take no responsibility for damages(to vehicle, expenses, parts and postage costs etc)… you maybe subject to a restocking / admin charge if returned.
- Customs paperwork must be correct for returns (any incorrectly charged fees to us will be deducted from the refund balance)
- Refunds are processed within 14days after concluding a valid case.
International Shipping, Customs Duties & Taxes.
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country/local authority. These charges are not included in the GTT order, product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to determine and comply with all applicable import regulations and to calculate any duties, taxes, or customs fees prior to placing an order. We have no control over these charges, which are set by local authorities and may change at any time, and we are unable to advise on specific amounts.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or redirected.
There is a limit to how much time the courier will hold a parcel (varies per company) If duties are not paid within their time limit, parcels are often disposed of or destroyed.
Couriers typically pay import duties and taxes on behalf of the recipient to the local authorities and then invoice the recipient directly, either before or after delivery. This arrangement constitutes a separate contract between the courier and the recipient. If the recipient fails or refuses to pay the required charges, the courier may pursue recovery through debt collection or legal action, regardless of whether the shipment is delivered, returned, or destroyed.
If customs duties, taxes, or other import charges are not paid and the shipment is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all costs incurred, including but not limited to:
1. Return shipping charges imposed by the courier, which may be up to twice the original shipping cost. Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Any administrative, handling, or penalty fees charged to us by the courier or customs authorities.
3. A restocking and administrative fee of 20% of the item’s sales value per item.
All such costs will be deducted from any refund due. Where these costs exceed the order value, the remaining balance will be charged to the customer.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, payment providers do not provide buyer protection where the dispute arises from the customer’s refusal or failure to pay applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges. Such charges are the customer’s sole responsibility, and refusal to pay them does not constitute non-delivery or merchant fault. Evidence of the customer’s acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with documentation of the incurred charges, will be submitted to the relevant payment provider in support of any dispute.
If the customer believes that customs duties or import charges have been incorrectly assessed, it is the customer’s responsibility to raise the matter directly with the courier or the relevant customs or border authority. While we may assist by providing supporting documentation upon request, we are not a party to this contract and cannot dispute charges on the customer’s behalf. In most cases, duties must be paid first before any refund request can be submitted to the courier or customs authority.
By placing an international order, the customer confirms their acceptance of these terms.

No claims can be made for racing/non road use & using items for any other application than it was designed including supercharger (no warranty for sc/sc rebuilds being installed on any other vehicle than a gen 1 mini). (As with the nature of racing warranty is not applicable either)
Items such as chassis braces are made within +/-2mm tolerances, If your car has had an accident or been modified they may not align due to the mounting points on the car being out of tolerance. We do not take responsibility for this. Bonnets alignment can be adjusted… Strut towers are know to move in accidents.
PayPal & Klarna – a surcharge of +4% (PayPal) or +5.5% (KLARNA) is added to total with these payment methods (we do not make any profit on this! but only to reclaim some of their large charges put on us) WE USE THESE PAYMENT OPTIONS TO BENEFIT YOU TO PAY IN INSTALLMENTS OR CREDIT.
Note: Our admin / labour is £80+vat per Hour (min charge 30mins) This chargeable for any extra time resolving matters that impact on GTT’s business by no fault of our own
