These are not ‘reconditioned’ or spray painted, just 100% brand new
kept in dry and warm storage always
Valves were in the closed position during storage (no rockers attached) to ensure valves and seats stay in premium condition & to release tension on the springs!
(Rockers don’t include bolts)
